Janine Kaiser, the founder of Kaiserin Films was presented with the Best Producer Award by Film Victoria for her work on the short drama St Bernie in 2018.
Her passion for visual storytelling developed  while growing up in Berlin but she pursued a career in filmmaking upon resettling to Australia.
Janine received an Advanced Diploma in Screen and Media in 2013 and worked as the Business and Communications Coordinator at Screen Canberra for three years. In 2017 she graduated with a Bachelor in Film and Television minoring in Finance from Swinburne University. 
In 2014, at the age of 24 Janine Associate Produced her first feature film, an anthology titled Locks of Love which engaged over 300 Filmmakers. 
Janine continues to hone her craft while working on long and short form productions for a number of Australian production houses including; WildBear Entertainment, Central Australian Aboriginal Media Association, The Directors Group, Madman Entertainment and Genepool Productions. 
Currently, Janine is employed as a TV Producer at Clemenger BBDO Melbourne in the fast-paced advertising industry.
