Janine Kaiser, the founder of Kaiserin Films is a German/ Australian Producer currently based in Berlin. At the age of 24 Janine produced her first feature film, an anthology titled Locks of Love. the founder of Kaiserin Films was presented with the Best Producer Award by Film Victoria for her work on the short drama St Bernie in 2018.
Her passion for visual storytelling developed  while growing up in Berlin but she pursued a career in filmmaking upon resettling to Australia.
Janine received an Advanced Diploma in Screen and Media in 2013 and worked as the Business and Communications Coordinator at Screen Canberra for three years. In 2017 she graduated with a Bachelor in Film and Television minoring in Finance from Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne.
She was awarded the Film Victoria Best Producer Award for producing the short drama St Bernie in 2018 after which she was engaged full-time as TV Producer with world renown advertising agency Clemenger BBDO in Melbourne. 
Janine continues to hone her craft while working on long and short form productions for a number of Australian production houses including; WildBear Entertainment, Central Australian Aboriginal Media Association, The Directors Group, Madman Entertainment and Genepool Productions. 
Currently, Janine is being mentored by BAFTA and Logie Award winning Producer Andrena Finlay as has relocated back to her hometown Berlin in November 2019.
